Forum Rules
Please be aware that the terms below are not flexible and if you reach the bottom on any of the subjects a permanent ban will follow. There will be no comeback from such a ban. The new system is effective immediately.
Racism
- 1st Offence - 14 Day Ban
- 2nd Offence - Permanent Ban
Racism will not be tolerated - whilst we understand that things can be said which are misinterpreted, we also will not hesitate to ban the account of any member who uses racist terminology. Depending on the seriousness of the offence, we reserve the right to impose a permanent ban on a first offence should it warrant it.
Personal Abuse
- 1st Offence - Warning
- 2nd Offence - 3 Day Ban
- 3rd Offence - 7 Day Ban
- 4th Offence - 14 Day Ban
- 5th Offence - 28 Day Ban
- 6th Offence - Permanent Ban
Abuse has been weedling it's way back in recently, I have no problems with people debating their points but you should be able to tell when you are going too far. The above guidelines also apply exactly the same to anyone guilty of deliberate provocation.
Posting Porn and/or links to Porn
- 1st Offence - 14 Day Ban
- 2nd Offence - Permanent Ban
This is an all age site and under the site rules posting of either pornography or direct links to it are not allowed. Remember, if it isn't allowed on the shelves of a newsagents, it isn't allowed here either.
Away Fans
- 1st Offence - 7 Day Ban
- 2nd Offence - 28 Day Ban
- 3rd Offence - Permanent Ban
Whilst away fans are welcome providing they behave, they will be policed on a stricter basis than Leeds fans, therefore the above rules apply to any offence.
Creation of a new account to get round a temporary ban
Will lead to the banning of the new account and the original account being put up a step - eg, if you were attempting to get round a 14 day ban for a 4th offence of abuse, you would instantly receive a further 28 day ban and would be put up to 5 strikes.
Creation of a new account to get round a permanent ban
Will lead to the deletion of the new account. Also, when an account receives a permanent ban, all other accounts created by the member, regardless of whether they were created before or after the permanent ban was imposed, will be suspended permanently.
Other Offences
All minor offences not listed above, such as consistent spamming etc, will be dealt with in accordance with the personal abuse guidelines.
Users Warn Bar
Please also be aware that when a log is put on your account for a warning etc, the warn bar will raise by 1%. This does not effect anything above, the 100% system is now obsolete, but the system demands that something is logged therefore it has to be on the account. Your warn bar is only visible to yourself, Mods and Admin.
Avatars
Avatars showing any form of sexual act will be removed and the poster warned. The guideline 'if it isn't allowed on the shelves of a newsagents, it isn't allowed here' is also applicable to avatars.
