The general direction in which WACCOE is moving at any given time, according to some posters.

The complaint is usually expressed in one of two ways:

"This place is really going downhill, you can say anything without mods/admin reacting."

"This place is really going downhill, you can't say anything without mods/admin reacting."

The first complaints of this kind is believed to have seen day of light within the first month or two of WACCOE's existence, and has been a recurring event ever since.
